Innovations exhibitors will place sample orders for their products on the Dot Foods Shop website. You can start placing sample orders February 9; orders are due no later than March 20.
All orders or additions to existing orders submitted past the deadline will be reviewed, but there is no guarantee product will arrive at Innovations. Late orders or additions that are successfully processed will be subject to additional fees.
If you are ordering eaches, equipment and supplies, or products from other suppliers, you will need to order through a separate form here.
Follow the steps below to place your sample orders.
Step 1: Once you’ve found your desired products, click the ADD SAMPLE button on the search results, product listing, or product detail page.
All sample items ordered through Dot must be stocked with adequate inventory. If any product is not, it must arrive at Dot by March 7 or be shipped directly.
Step 2: After you’re finished adding items to your cart, click the shopping cart icon and then the VIEW CART button to proceed to check out.
Step 3: On the cart page, click the edit icon in the Cart Summary to change the Route to Innovations. Then click the SAVE button.
Step 4: Click the CHECKOUT button to proceed. Here, you’ll see the address for the Innovations venue in the cart summary. The estimated shipment will default to Monday, March 31.
The GL/Reference # will also default to INNOVATIONS.
Step 5: Click PLACE ORDER. You will receive a confirmation message once your order has been successfully submitted. If you do not receive this confirmation within 48 hours, please contact us here and select "Exhibitor Samples" as your reason.
The Dot sample specialist will keep you informed of sample order status for special order items. Special order items are shipped straight from the supplier.
