If you forget your password for Shop or any of your other Dot digital tools, we’ll send you a link to set up a new one.
After you enter your email address on the sign-in page, click the “Forgot password?” link under the SIGN IN button.

On the next page, click the SEND EMAIL button. You will then receive an email with a button to reset your password. If you do not receive the email within 5 minutes, please check your spam folder.
Your password must:
Be at least 15 characters
Include lower- and upper-case letters
Have at least one number and symbol
Not contain part of your username, first name, last name, company name, or email
Be different from your previous passwords
