Over the next several months, we’re launching new applications to support supplier partners beginning this fall.

Based on your feedback, we’re releasing applications to make it easier to manage your business with Dot Foods. You will receive emails with more details and resources as we get closer to the launch dates for each website.


Item Manager

The Item Manager is a new solution for setting up your products that have been published to Dot through GDSN. Future functionality will include visibility to items being requested by customers, ability to manually set up items, and more. This is an optional tool designed to facilitate item set-ups and eventually manage all item details.

Payment Review Manager (Replacing Partner Portal)

The Payment Review Manager will replace the Partner Portal as your destination for viewing invoice, payment, and deduction details.

The new solution provides a more streamlined experience, so you can review invoice and payment information in fewer clicks. You’ll also have better visibility to the status of your payment inquiries.

View Past Claims in Partner Portal

Initially, data from your past disputes and claims won’t be available on the Payment Review Manager. You will need to continue using the Partner Portal to access that information. However, new claims can only be submitted and tracked in the Payment Review Manager.

How to Access

Anyone who currently uses the Partner Portal will automatically be given access to the Payment Review Manager through the same email and password.


Partner Dashboard

Part of the Dot Foods Shop website, the Partner Dashboard will serve as your all-in-one hub to access insights about your products and sample orders, as well as all your digital tools.

How to Access

The Partner Dashboard will be available to any supplier with a Shop website account.


Crisp at Dot

Crisp at Dot is a new optional platform that will provide advanced reporting. You will receive in-depth sales, points of distribution, and inventory insights to help you manage your supply chain and grow your business more effectively.

How to Access

Crisp will be available through a paid subscription. Details will be available when we are closer to launch.


Inventory & Order Manager

This website will replace our Order Management System to provide consignment and supplier online partners with a more streamlined way to manage inventory, review inbound POs to Dot, find customer order information, analyze item performance, and access backup documents.

How to Access

Anyone who currently uses the Order Management System will automatically be given access to the Inventory & Order Manager through the same email and password.
